General Manager

While studying at the University of Idaho, Adam worked on-and-off at Nick's FishMarket Maui, first shining silverware as a stocker, then bussing, and eventually climbing his way into the waiter ranks.  After graduating with a degree in Philosophy and Spanish, Adam joined the management team as a Captain in 2008.  In 2010, Adam moved to Oahu to take on his role as General Manager of the newly revived Sarento's At The Top of The Ilikai.   When Adam's not working, he enjoys surfing Oahu's world-class waves, socializing at Hotel Dela Cruz, sampling fine wine and traveling the globe.
